Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant to join our HR team. The Recruitment Assistant will support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with various HR tasks.

This role is essential to ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and reach out to potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals).
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and organize interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Candidate Communication: Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
  • Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on various platforms, ensuring they are up-to-date and compelling.
  • Applicant Tracking: Maintain the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation is completed.
  • Background Checks: Coordinate and conduct background checks and reference checks as needed.
  • Reporting: Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track the progress of hiring efforts.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR support roles. (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!)

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
