Internship - Human Resources

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our HR team with daily administrative and operational tasks. This internship is ideal for students who want hands-on experience in core HR functions, employee documentation, recruitment exposure, onboarding processes, and employee engagement activities.

The intern will primarily assist with administrative HR responsibilities while also gaining exposure to interviews, employee orientation sessions, and company engagement initiatives.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
• Willing to work FULLY ONSITE at Mitsukoshi BGC

• Hands-on experience in HR operations and administration
• Exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes
• Practical knowledge in employee documentation and compliance
