Gingersnaps is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented OJT to support the Human Resources team in recruitment operations, documentation improvement, and creative HR initiatives. This internship provides hands-on experience in both administrative and strategic aspects of HR, particularly in talent acquisition and employer branding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing and improving recruitment forms, templates, and HR documents
- Retype, organize, and format sections of the Employee Handbook
- Conduct initial phone screening interviews for applicants
- Provide administrative support for recruitment (scheduling, tracking, coordination)
- Help maintain and update applicant databases
- Support the development of recruitment materials and employer branding content
- Create basic visual materials using tools such as Adobe Photoshop or similar platforms
- Ensure accuracy, organization, and completeness of all assigned outputs
- Exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes
- Experience in HR documentation and process improvement
- Development of communication, interviewing, and organizational skills
- Hands-on involvement in HR creative and branding initiatives
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related courses
- Must render at least 300 hours of internship
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and able to conduct phone screenings
- Creative and willing to contribute ideas
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or similar tools is an advantage
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Results-driven and dependable
