Human Resources Specialist
About the role
The Sirqo Group, Inc. (AutoDeal.com.ph) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team.
The HR Specialist is responsible for processing and supporting all facets of Human Resources operations, including recruitment, performance management, payroll and benefits administration, compliance, and HR reporting. This role works closely with the HR Manager in implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that support business objectives and foster a positive employee experience.
What you'll be doing- Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, including screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring processes
- Maintaining employee records and managing personnel data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, such as benefits, policies, and procedures. Manage employee benefits enrollment, renewals, and coordination with vendors (HMO, insurance, etc.)
- Process and administer Timekeeping and Payroll (Sprout HRIS & Payroll)
- Process and coordinate government mandatories (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, DOLE, etc).
- Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement strategies for employee engagement, training, and development
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to the continuous enhancement of HR practices
- Provide direct support to the HR Manager on HR planning, reporting, and presentations and working relationships (Internal & external)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- With at least 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a consulting or technology-driven environment
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
- Proficient in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office tools. Experience using SPROUT Payroll is an advantage.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
