Warehouse Supervisor (Packaging Section)
Job Summary:Responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring stock availability, accurate inventory management, and on-time order fulfillment. Leads the warehouse team in maintaining efficiency, compliance with Good Warehousing Practices (GWP), and achieving performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely processing and release of all valid orders
- Maintain optimal stock levels; coordinate replenishment to avoid stockouts
- Supervise inventory control (FEFO/FIFO, stock ageing, ABC analysis)
- Lead cycle counts and monthly physical inventory
- Ensure accuracy in receiving, storage, and issuance of goods
- Enforce warehouse policies, safety, and security standards
- Monitor RUD posting and warehouse reports
- Drive cost control and continuous process improvement
- Coach and lead team to achieve KPIs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years of relevant warehouse experience
- Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of GWP is an advantage
- Can work under pressure (month-end and inventory counts
- Willing to be assigned to Plaridel Bulacan
- Amenable to work Monday to Saturday
