Production & Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily production and warehouse operations.
• Ensure production targets and schedules are met efficiently.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate stock movements.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of materials in the warehouse.
• Implement and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and other departments for operational needs.
• Prepare reports on production output, inventory status, and operational performance.
• Train, guide, and evaluate production and warehouse staff.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse supervision.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and reporting.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Knowledge of safety and quality control procedures.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
