- Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure proper documentation and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee periodic stock counts.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials and finished goods.
- Enforce health, safety, and cleanliness standards within the warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and production departments for smooth supply chain coordination.
- Oversee warehouse equipment use and coordinate maintenance or repair needs.
- Track team performance and provide guidance, training, and feedback.
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or inventory control.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in warehouse/inventory management software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Good communication and team coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehousing
