Logistic Supervisor
About the role
Join the dynamic team at Select Goods' as a Logistic Supervisor. This key role oversees the efficient and effective operation of our warehousing and distribution activities at our Pulilan Bulacan facility. As a Logistic Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials, supervising a team of warehouse associates, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll be doing- Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and stock control
- Supervise and coordinate the work of the warehouse team, ensuring productivity and efficiency targets are met
- Develop and implement effective warehouse procedures and processes to optimise operations
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with the transportation and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Provide training and support to warehouse associates to develop their skills and knowledge
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehousing or logistics environment
- Strong understanding of warehousing operations, inventory management, and distribution processes
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Proficient in using warehouse management software and other relevant technology
- Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve operational excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with colleagues and stakeholders
- Adaptable and flexible to accommodate changing business needs
