Retail Operations Associate (Wellness Leadership Track)

We are looking for energetic, growth-oriented Customer Advisors / Management Trainees to join our wellness grocery retail team at Ayala Center Cebu. This role is perfect for individuals who want to start as store associates but are eager to learn store operations and take on leadership responsibilities over time.

What You’ll Do:

• Customer Assistance: Welcome guests, share product knowledge, and help customers find the best wellness and organic grocery products for their needs.
• Store Operations: Assist with daily shop duties, including opening/closing tasks, inventory counting, stocking grocery shelves, checking dates, and keeping the store neat.
• Sales & Service: Work with the team to meet daily sales targets by providing an excellent shopping experience.
• Leadership Training: Gradually learn basic store management tasks, like handling cash, generating sales reports, and assisting with team coordination.

What We Look For:

• Targeting Fresh Graduates of any course who want to jumpstart their career in retail business operations.
• Important Requirement: Candidates residing in Cebu or anywhere in the Visayas region must be open to undergoing their product and operations training in either Cebu or Metro Manila (fully supported by the company).
• Friendly, approachable, and has good communication skills.
• Genuinely interested in wellness, fitness, or healthy grocery products.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules (including weekends and holidays) at Ayala Center Cebu.
