We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Cluster Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail sites. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, drive business performance, maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards, and lead high-performing teams.
Qualifications/Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience, or a related field.
- Experience in a retail operations, fuel retail, FMCG, or multi-site management.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Knowledge of HSSE standards, fuel operations, and retail compliance.
- Analytical and data driven decision making ability.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work in a field-based environment.
