Urgent Hiring: Team Leader/ Operations Leader (US Sales Account)

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader / Operations Lead to oversee a high-performing US Sales Campaign. If you have a proven track record in leadership, coaching sales teams, and driving operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you!
- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Agents
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including conversion rate, AHT, and overall sales performance
- Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and action plans
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, sales processes, and company policies
- Prepare performance reports for management and US stakeholders
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and team development as needed
- QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Operations Lead in a BPO or US sales environment is required
- An additional 2–3+ years of leadership experience, particularly in US Health & Wellness sales campaigns, is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience managing KPIs and driving performance improvement
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficient in CRM platforms and sales performance tools
- Results-driven, accountable, and performance-oriented
