Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course.
- Passionate about sports, fitness, and athlete development
- Former varsity athletes, coaches, gym managers, PE graduates, or Sports Science graduates with operations experience are encouraged to apply
- Experienced in sports fitness gym, facility operations, sports academies, school athletics, performance training, or sports and events operations
- Knowledgeable in basketball training facilities or fitness and sports programs is an advantage
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Able to manage daily operations, staff coordination, scheduling, and customer service
- Comfortable using apps, software, Microsoft Office, and digital management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sports environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when needed
