Business Development (BD) Specialist
Job Description
As a Business Development Specialist, you will drive the expansion of our offline media footprint by scouting locations, negotiating placement rights, and locking in strategic partnerships across key commercial and residential hubs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Network Expansion: Identify, develop, and secure premium advertising spots in office buildings, residential condominiums, shopping malls, supermarkets, and convenience stores across Metro Manila to hit company signing targets.
- Relationship Management: Proactively pitch to property owners, developers, and building administrators; establish strong cooperative networks, and maintain a relationship pipeline for existing spots.
- Commercial Negotiation: Masterfully present corporate cooperation frameworks, drive commercial negotiations, and close legally binding placement contracts.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end site lifecycle by coordinating with internal operations teams to ensure smooth hardware installation, spot inspection, and online activation.
- Market Intelligence: Feed back regular field updates, competitive dynamics, industry trends, and pipeline tracking metrics to leadership.
- Experience: At least one (1) year of successful track record in Business Development, Field Sales, Account Management, or Real Estate Acquisition.
- Asset Advantage: Candidates possessing an active, existing network of local property developers, building administrators, or commercial complex managements in the Philippines will be highly prioritized.
- Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in both English and Filipino (the interview process and daily deliverables are entirely in English).
- Core Competencies: Excellent negotiation skills, high execution velocity, strong pressure resistance, and an enthusiastic mindset suited for active field execution.
- Logistics & Tech: Proficient with basic MS Office tools. Ability to drive a car or ride a motorcycle to independently conduct daily field visits is highly preferred.
