Job Description
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across fintech verticals.
- Set goals, monitor performance, manage pipelines, forecasting, KPIs, and reporting.
- Identify and manage key accounts, enterprise clients, lenders, partners, and merchants.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team; foster collaboration and
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, payment processors, and enterprise
- Lead client negotiations, presentations, contracts, pricing, and onboarding.
- Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and customized solution delivery.
- Identify new market opportunities including digital payments, lending platforms,
- Provide market insights to support product innovation and continuously improve sales
- Stay updated on fintech trends, competitors, compliance, security, and onboarding
requirements
Job Qualifications
Position: Business Development OfficerWorking Location: Santolan Pasig
Office Based, Urgent and Permanent after 6 months evaluation
Salary: 25k to 45k with Sales Target
Monday to FridayWith B2B and B2C Schedule
Direct Hire not Under Agency
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within fintech,
- Proven success managing sales teams and exceeding revenue targets in B2B/B2C
- Strong understanding of payment gateways, APIs, BNPL, lending, and digital payments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, data-driven, adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset.
