Product and Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product and Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, driving product innovation, and supporting the company’s growth initiatives across key markets.

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue existing and new business and partnership opportunities
• Conduct market research to support product development and competitive positioning
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to bring new products to market
• Support strategic planning and go-to-market initiatives
• Analyze product performance and customer feedback to recommend improvements
• Develop proposals, pitch materials, and strategic presentations
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, product strategy, or related roles
• Strong understanding of market research, product lifecycle, and customer insights
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Background in consumer products, health & wellness, is a strong plus
