Position: Human Resources & Admin Manager

Job Description:

• Lead the HR and Admin team to effectively execute HR and administrative functions.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with labor law requirements.
• Administer performance management and employee development programs.
• Handle compensation, benefits, recruitment & selection, timekeeping, and payroll coordination.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.
• Collaborate with top management to align HR and Admin strategies with business goals.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification (Education, Experience, Professional License, Skills Certification, Specialized Training:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Administrative functions.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in managing core HR functions, including recruitment and staffing, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
