Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Taguig for a Human Resources Training Development Manager. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing employee training and development programs to enhance organizational performance. Daily responsibilities include assessing training needs, creating curriculum, delivering training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.The manager will collaborate closely with HR and other departments to align staff development initiatives with business objectives.
Qualifications- Strong expertise in Training & Development and Employee Training
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) functions and practices
- Exceptional Communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to design and execute impactful training programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Familiarity with the retail or service industry is a plus
- Leadership experience and a focus on employee growth and retention
