HR Intern - Recruitment & Employee Relations (Remote)

We are looking for a reliable and proactive HR Intern to support both recruitment and employee relations functions. This is a hands-on internship where you will work on real HR activities, including hiring support and handling day-to-day employee concerns.
You will be trained in the following functions:
Recruitment- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and endorse qualified candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Assist in initial candidate screenings
- Maintain and update applicant tracking records
- Assist in documentation of employee concerns, incidents, and cases
- Support drafting of notices, memos, and basic HR communications
- Help monitor employee attendance and HR-related issues
- Ensure proper filing and organization of employee records
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, or Business Administration
- Must be completing a required internship (OJT/Practicum) as part of school curriculum
- Setup: Remote
- Location Requirement: Must be based in or near Muntinlupa City
- Duration: 600 internship hours
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Exposure to both recruitment and employee relations
- Hands-on experience in real HR cases and hiring processes
- Practical understanding of HR compliance and documentation
- Mentorship from an HR consulting team
