Job Description
We are hiring Travel Booking Agents to help customers with flight, hotel, and travel-related inquiries. You will assist with bookings, provide travel information, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Responsibilities:- Assist customers with travel bookings and reservations
- Handle booking changes, cancellations, and travel inquiries
- Provide information on travel options, schedules, and promotions
- Record customer interactions and booking details accurately
- Escalate complex concerns when needed
- Meet customer service and quality standards
- Rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Paid training provided
- Must have at least 6months of BPO experience
- At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
- Good English communication skills
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills and multitasking ability
- Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
