Job Description

We are hiring Airline Reservation Agents to assist customers with flight bookings, reservation changes, cancellations, and travel-related inquiries. You will provide accurate information and excellent customer service to ensure a smooth travel experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with flight bookings and reservations
• Handle booking changes, cancellations, and travel inquiries
• Provide information on flight schedules, fares, and promotions
• Record customer interactions and booking details accurately
• Escalate complex concerns when needed
• Meet customer service and quality standards

Schedule & Training:

• Rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Paid training provided

Qualifications:

• At least a High School or Senior High School graduate
• Good English communication skills
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented
• Basic computer skills and multitasking ability
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
