We are currently hiring Full-time employees as GUEST EXPERIENCE AGENT (CSR) for a global travel and hospitality technology account.

Qualifications:

At least College level
Background in hospitality, customer service, or related industries
Above average English comprehension and communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail and high level of professionalism
Tech-savvy and confident in using a computer or laptop efficiently
Willing to work in a 24/7 shifting schedule, including holidays and night shift
Experience with OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) and familiarity with booking platforms and guest support processes is an advantage
