Must be a graduate of Psychology or any Human Resource or Business-related field.
- With at least two (2) years of experience in a related HR/recruitment role.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities: posting job ads, attending career fairs, screening resumes, administering tests, and conducting interviews with HR Business Partners.
- Coordinate hiring processes: endorsement of applicants, salary proof coordination with Compensation Team, background checks, and issuance of company IDs/ATMs.
- Maintain applicant and employee records, monitor personnel requests, and prepare reports on headcount, attrition, retention, sourcing, and hiring.
- Perform additional HR-related tasks, support company objectives, and take corrective action on nonconformities.
