We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our growing team. This is a permanent remote position supporting a Hawaii-based company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources, business administration, and recruitment support, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.

This role is critical to ensuring a smooth hiring and onboarding experience for candidates while maintaining accurate records, compliance documentation, and HR reporting.

  • Full-time position (Tuesday - Saturday, 2:00 am to 11:00 am)

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Post and refresh job listings
  • Coordinate recruitment-related job postings
  • Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Support onboarding activities, including coordinating paperwork, background checks, drug testing, and pre-employment requirements
  • Maintain a live tracker for applicants throughout the onboarding process
  • Build and maintain a candidate database
  • Maintain confidential employee files in SharePoint
  • Track and maintain compliance documentation
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare and maintain reports and tracking spreadsheets
Skills & Qualifications
  • Adaptable and team-oriented, with a positive attitude and willingness to support others when needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Recruitment, Office Administration, or a related field
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage a large volume of work accurately and efficiently
  • Strong time and inbox management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and investigative abilities
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Quick learner with excellent process retention and adaptability
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Windows
  • Must have reliable internet access and a quiet, professional workspace for remote work
