HR Specialist – Asia (Philippines-based)

The HR Specialist – Asia is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations across the Philippines and Macau, including recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations. This role ensures alignment between corporate HR strategies and local labor requirements.

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and onboarding for local and regional roles
• Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing (in-house or via vendors), tax compliance, and administration of local benefits (SSS, healthcare, pensions)
• Employee Relations: Act as the primary HR contact for employee matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and investigations.
• Compliance & Mobility: Ensure adherence to labor laws in the Philippines and Macau; support visa and work permit processes.
• HR Operations & Reporting: Maintain HRIS data, track headcount, turnover, and HR metrics.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience (payroll, operations, or recruitment).
• Mandatory payroll experience is essential as part of the required HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippines labor law (Macau knowledge a plus).
• Experience in MNC and regional HR exposure is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in English; Native Tagalog required
