Job Summary
Pioneer Adhesives Inc. is looking for a results-driven and highly motivated Key Account Manager to handle and grow trade, industrial, and construction B2B accounts. The role focuses on creating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and securing product specifications in various industrial and construction projects.
The ideal candidate must have strong sales experience in construction and industrial selling, account management, and business development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key constriuction and industrial and corporate clients
- Generate new accounts and identify business opportunities within target industries
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and client meetings
- Secure product specifications for projects and applications
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account plans
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service and timely delivery
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and business terms with clients
- Represent the company in constuction and industry events, meetings, and networking activities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field
- With at least 2–5 years of experience in Industrial B2B Selling or Key Account Management
- Experience in construction materials, adhesives, chemicals, or related industries is an advantage
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new accounts
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Willing to do field work and client visits
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
