About the role

Commsec Inc. is seeking a talented Drive Test Analyst to join our team in Central Visayas. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive drive tests to ensure the quality and performance of our telecommunications network.

Your work will be instrumental in delivering reliable, high-quality connectivity to our customers.

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute detailed drive test plans to evaluate the coverage, capacity, and performance of our mobile network
Collect, analyse, and interpret drive test data to identify areas for network improvement
Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve network issues
Document and present findings to stakeholders, providing recommendations for network optimisation
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in drive testing and network performance analysis
Mentor and train junior team members on drive testing methodologies and tools

What we're looking for

Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in drive testing and network performance analysis
Proficient in the use of drive test tools and software, such as Nemo, TEMS, and MapInfo
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience in mentoring and training junior team members
Familiarity with mobile network technologies, including 4G/5G, LTE, and HSPA
