DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

College Graduate of a 4-year course in a reputable school.

MINIMUM JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE:

1 to 2 yrs. Experience in retail and direct selling in a consumer company,
Has been a Salesperson or Key Account Specialist for at least 1 year

OTHER REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

Ability to handle multiple sales projects/programs simultaneously
Good understanding and a strong appreciation of the fundamentals of consumer marketing.
Good in people skills/relationship building.
Good oral and written communication skills
Good driving skills
A team player
Willing to be assigned nationwide
Key Accounts Competency
Distribution Management experience is a plus
