We are seeking a detailed-oriented and enthusiastic Customer Specialist to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations. The customer specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing documents and assisting with customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team (e.g data entry, loading, advertisement, etc)
- Manage sales documents and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare sales reports for monitoring.
- Coordinate sales meetings to head and report for any concerning data regarding sales
- Assist with sales processing and tracking (loading, call out)
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales support role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
