ARKTECH PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a talented Engineering Staff with strong CAD/CAM skills and experience in nesting operations. This role is crucial in interpreting customer drawings, preparing accurate nesting programs, and utilizing advanced machinery such as turret presses, laser processing machines, machining centers, benders (sheet metal bending machines), robotic welding systems, and coating equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drawing Interpretation: Accurately read customer-provided technical drawings to prepare for manufacturing.
• Nesting Operations: Create efficient nesting programs to optimize material use for turret presses and laser cutting machines.
• CAD/CAM Proficiency: Utilize software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks to design and modify parts for production.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with the production team to improve manufacturing efficiency and minimize material waste.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all designs and nesting programs meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Cross-functional Communication: Work closely with other departments to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet client requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education: A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in CAD/CAM operations and nesting, with proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Fresh graduates are also encouraged.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes and the ability to work with advanced machinery.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required (knowledge of Japanese is a plus).
• Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail when interpreting technical drawings and creating nesting programs.
