Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark, Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

The Account Operation Assistant builds, activates, and maintains account information while ensuring compliance and data accuracy. This role supports loan officers by reviewing details, resolving issues, conducting audits, and maintaining system integrity to deliver a seamless and compliant customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Process account updates and activation requests accurately and promptly
  • Review and validate information provided by loan officers and sales teams
  • Follow up on pending issues and resolve account discrepancies
  • Report system issues and identify root causes of account-related concerns
  • Maintain system accuracy by removing duplicates and conducting weekly audits
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field or 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or tech support environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Basic understanding of queue management and workforce operations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Integrity, accountability, and professionalism
  • Adaptability and proactive mindset
