Operations Assistant (Remote)

Reports To: Director of Operations

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Assistant to support the Director of Operations with daily administrative and operational responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects organized, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

This role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Director of Operations.
  • Assist with daily tasks, projects, and operational initiatives across various departments.
  • Maintain company records, systems, and operational documentation.
  • Track assignments, deadlines, and action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare reports and assist with data tracking and operational organization.
  • Coordinate with internal staff, vendors, and external partners as needed.
  • Assist in improving operational processes and business workflows.
  • Manage calendars, emails, and other administrative tasks using Microsoft Outlook.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, track, and maintain operational data.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, executive assistant, or similar support role.
  • MUST be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and work with multiple software platforms and business systems.
  • Professional, dependable, and highly responsive.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.
  • Female applicants preferred.

Work Schedule
