As our Farm Operations Assistant, you’ll coordinate production activities, keep an eye on quality, and manage inventory.This is a spectacular entry-level opportunity for a passionate fresh graduate ready to start a meaningful career in sustainable food and healthy living.
What You'll Do- Fulfill the Goodness: Manage incoming customer orders and keep track of store and warehouse stock levels.
- Keep Schedules Smooth: Help prepare and coordinate weekly production schedules with our team.
- Partner with Suppliers: Warmly receive goods from vendors and process purchase orders accurately.
- Track with Care: Maintain accurate inventory records and help resolve any discrepancies quickly.
- Coordinate Deliveries: Prepare dispatch and delivery documents to help our logistics team get produce out fresh and on time.
- Count & Check: Participate in regular inventory counts for both trade and operational items.
- Support the Space: Monitor our equipment, report any issues, and help keep our production lines hygienic, organized, and safe.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Agricultural Business, Agriculture, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply! (Any internship or experience in FMCG/warehousing is a nice bonus).
