OPERATIONS ASSISTANT MANAGER (willing to be assign in Pampanga)

Overview

The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational execution for our solar appliances project, ensuring smooth logistics, proper activation setups, and efficient coordination across warehousing, partners, and Local Government Units. This role supports both offline activations and eCommerce operations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily activities with warehouse teams and 3PL partners for inventory, dispatch, and returns.
• Assist in product movement from port to warehouse, including documentation and scheduling.
• Liaise with LGUs to secure permits and approvals for ground activations.
• Source, negotiate, and manage rentals for vehicles and all auxiliary equipment needed for activations.
• Ensure activation sites are properly set up according to specifications and project guidelines.
• Conduct pre- and post-activation assessments, including foot traffic, execution checklist, and customer insights.
• Manage eCommerce store setup and operations (uploading SKUs, coordinating fulfillment, monitoring orders).
• Prepare simple to in depth weekly operational reports, including logistics status, activation outcomes, and eCommerce performance.

Qualifications:

• Experience in operations, logistics, events, or field execution roles.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with LGUs and vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts and execute under time pressure.
• Familiarity with warehouse/3PL workflows and basic eCommerce operations.
• Willing to travel within Pampanga/Bulacan and work on-site during activations.
• Organized, reliable, and able to independently manage tasks end-to-end.
• With valid driver's license and willing to do field works.
