Reca Resort is Pampanga’s premier "Hidden Gem," offering a sanctuary of luxury private villas and nature retreats. Known for our Bali-inspired architecture, private copper-technology pools, and world-class wellness spa, we cater to high-end travelers, corporate partners, and milestone celebrations.We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to drive our brand presence and maximize revenue across our villas, events hall, and F&B outlets.
Core Responsibilities
Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets for room bookings, corporate events, and the Grand Event Hall.
Digital Presence: Lead the resort’s digital marketing efforts, including managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), overseeing website content, and optimizing OTA (Online Travel Agency) listings like Agoda and Booking.com.
Partnership Building: Proactively identify and secure partnerships with corporate accounts, government agencies, and event planners for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions).
Brand Stewardship: Maintain the "Reca Resort" luxury brand image across all marketing collateral, ensuring consistent messaging that highlights our wellness, privacy, and unique amenities.
Campaign Management: Design and launch seasonal promotions (e.g., staycation packages, holiday specials) and manage the marketing budget effectively.Market Intelligence: Monitor local tourism trends and competitor pricing in the Clark/Pampanga area to keep Reca Resort positioned as a market leader.
Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly reports to management regarding sales performance, lead conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing within the hospitality or tourism industry (Resort or Hotel experience preferred).Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Digital Savvy: Proven track record in managing social media growth and digital ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
Network: An existing network of corporate clients and event organizers in Central Luzon or Manila is a significant advantage.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; must be comfortable conducting site inspections and presenting to high-level executives.
Creativity: A "go-getter" mindset with the ability to think outside the box for unique guest experiences and promotional ideas.
