Sales and marketing manager

Job Description

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets and expand market presence in Central Luzon
• Lead, supervise, and support the sales and marketing team to ensure high performance and goal alignment
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients to drive revenue growth
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and repeat business
• Oversee area expansion efforts, including market research and competitor analysis
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze data to guide decision-making and strategy adjustments
• Collaborate with other departments (operations, logistics, production) to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
• Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and site inspections as needed
• Ensure proper implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand positioning initiatives
• Handle negotiations, contract discussions, and closing of major deals
• Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and standards

Will oversee sales and marketing operations, drive revenue growth, and manage client and area development within Central Luzon.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
• With at least 3–5 years of solid experience in sales and marketing, preferably in field operations or regional handling
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent strategic thinking, planning, and execution abilities
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience in handling area expansion or regional accounts is highly preferred
• Willing to do extensive fieldwork and travel across Central Luzon and nearby areas
• Proficient in MS Office and digital marketing tools/platforms
• Results-driven, highly motivated, and able to work under pressure
• Key Note: Will oversee sales and marketing operations, drive revenue growth, and manage client and area development within Central Luzon.
