Sales and Marketing Associate
About the Role
We are seeking a high-energy, creative Sales and Marketing Associate to help elevate the Reca Resort brand. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of our social media content, responding to booking inquiries, and assisting with on-site events.If you have a passion for digital trends, a "can-do" attitude, and a love for luxury hospitality, we want to hear from you.
Core Responsibilities
Inquiry Handling: Act as a primary point of contact for sales leads, providing rates and package information to potential guests and event organizers via phone and online platforms.
Content Coordination: Assist in organizing photo shoots, influencer visits, and media stays. Help ensure the resort always looks "camera-ready."Sales Support: Assist the Sales and Marketing Manager in preparing proposals, contracts, and marketing materials for corporate clients and weddings.
Market Monitoring: Keep a pulse on local travel trends and viral "hidden gems" in Pampanga to help the team stay ahead of the competition.
On-Site Activation: Assist in the setup and coordination of events at the Grand Event Hall or poolside functions to ensure marketing promises are delivered.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Tourism.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino; you must be able to write captivating captions and professional emails.
Personality: Creative, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.Reliability: Must be comfortable working on-site in Porac to capture real-time content and assist with guest site inspections.
