Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of HR and Administrative experience (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply).
  • Knowledge in HR functions such as recruitment, timekeeping, employee records, benefits administration, and employee relations.
  • Familiar with the preparation and issuance of HR documents such as memos, notices, and disciplinary actions.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge in HRIS/office systems is an advantage.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
  • Can work independently, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the full recruitment process: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing job offers.
  • Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and timekeeping reports.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and overtime for payroll processing.
  • Prepare and process HR communications such as memos, notices, and disciplinary actions in coordination with management.
  • Assist in handling employee relations and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide administrative support including filing, documentation, correspondence, and office supply management.
  • Assist in organizing company events, trainings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by management.
