Provide an efficient and timely support and services to all facets of Human Resources and General Admin.
- Sourcing of applicants through online job advertisements, FB posts, referrals, job fairs, school listing of graduates and others.
- Daily checking of Personnel Request Forms (PRF) in the system.
- Updating of daily Recruitment report status.
- Ensures timely deployment of all manpower requirements of the company.
- Conducts preliminary interviews to qualified applicants.
- Ensures a timely and accurate encoding of employees profile in HRMS.
- Updates and maintains the 201 files of the employees and immediately files all documents accordingly.
- Ensures all the pre-employment documents were signed per page by the newly hired employees and filed in their 201 files as follows:
- Assists in company activities.
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- With experience in HR is an advantage
- Can establish a very good working relationship with others.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Analytical, Good problem solving and planning skills and can deal with practical problems.
