We have partnered with an Australian-based company that specialises in designing, installing, and maintaining long-term electrical, security, and communications solutions.
As a Systems Champion you will help support, optimize, and scale the internal systems and workflows. This is an ideal opportunity for those who enjoy problem-solving, working with technology, and improving how teams operate day-to-day. You'll act as a bridge between users and systems—ensuring tools are used effectively, issues are resolved quickly, and processes continuously improve.

What you'll be working on:
- Own and embed the Systemology framework across the business
- Document core processes and work with team members to capture and refine systems
- Maintain and organize the central systems library
- Act as the internal custodian of how we do things here,
- Support leadership in building a more efficient and scalable operation
- Maintain internal systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams
- Assist in onboarding users to systems, including training and documentation
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose better solutions
- Collaborate with different departments to understand system needs
- Maintain clear documentation for processes, fixes, and system updates
Qualifications/Requirements
What we're looking for:
- Open for Fresh Graduates up to 3 years of experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to learn new tools and systems quickly
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience or familiarity with Ascora or similar systems
- Experience with Administrative or Project Management Internship/Background is preferred
