Is currently looking for:

TRAVEL AGENT

You’ll use your knowledge of travel destinations, industry trends, and booking systems to provide exceptional service and ensure memorable travel experiences for every client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to determine travel preferences, needs, and budgets.
• Research and plan travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, cruises, and travel insurance.
• Book and confirm reservations through online systems, GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre), or direct supplier platforms.
• Provide accurate information on destinations, travel restrictions, visa requirements, and safety guidelines.
• Offer travel recommendations and upsell services such as excursions, upgrades, or insurance to enhance client experiences.
• Handle cancellations, changes, and refunds efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and policies from airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
• Maintain client records and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Assist with group bookings and corporate travel arrangements as needed.
• Resolve issues or emergencies during clients’ trips with professionalism and care.

Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable in GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and online booking tools.
• Strong knowledge of popular destinations, travel regulations, and current travel advisories.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for travel and helping others explore the world.
• College Grad (Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or Hospitality is a plus).

• Fluency in multiple languages.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed booking targets.
