What You’ll Do- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Solve issues quickly and efficiently (no long holds, no runarounds)
- Provide clear and accurate info about products and services
- Keep records of customer interactions (because details matter)
- Spot ways to improve customer experience and share ideas
- Work with different teams to keep everything running smoothly
- No experience is required.
- Strong communication skills—you know how to keep it clear and professional.
- Problem-solver mindset.
- Good English skills (written and spoken)
- Can keep up in a fast-paced environment.
- Someone who actually enjoys helping people.
- Salary up to ₱27,000/month
