Job description
- Identify and develop new store locations in line with company expansion plans.
- Lead business negotiations with prospective partners or landlords to secure favorable agreements.
- Manage the contract signing process to ensure timely and compliant closures.
- Coordinate and oversee the processing of all required certificates and permits for new store openings.
- Prepare all necessary activities and logistics for smooth store launches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful location development and opening
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, site acquisition, retail expansion, or real estate leasing is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Experience coordinating permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements for business operations is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze market opportunities and make strategic recommendations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic reporting tools.
- Willing to travel for site visits and business meetings when required.
