Business Development/Sales Manager

SNR. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / SALES MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills
• 5 years or more of experience in Sales
• Good computer skills
• Experience in managing, servicing, supporting, developing and generating client relationships
• Experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and familiarity with Call Center Services
• Willing to work ON-SITE and on a Graveyard shift.
• Reliable and has initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct discovery calls, building relationships with potential customers/clients, and closing sales.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels such as lead generation, cold calling, marketing campaigns, Website, and networking.
• Set meetings with key decision makers with new and inactive accounts focused on relationship-based selling.
• Collaborate with the sales team to devise strategies for achieving sales goals.
