HR STAFF

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration Human Resources Management, or any related field.
• No experience required and only fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Fluent in English and good communication and understanding skills.
• Willing to learn and be trained.
• Has initiative and detail-oriented.
• Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationship with people at all levels.
• Good oral/written communication skills.
• Friendly, flexible and humble personality.

Responsibilities:

• Assist HR in office related task.
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics.
• Assist business permit renewals.
• Hiring applicants and scheduling interviews.
• Manage company parties (Anniversary, Christmas, Summer Outing and monthly party).
• Provide assistance in payroll/benefits transactions.
• Prepare daily time record.
• Willing to do field works (BIR, SSS, PHIC, HDMF, DOLE, IMMIGRATION).
• Additional task is to teach basic English to Japanese Employee and their families.

Working as an HR staff doesn’t just focus on employee relations—it also gives you valuable exposure to the management side as well. And also having the opportunity to learn and explore IT skills if you’re interested-both valuable.
