Corporate HR Manager is responsible for leading the centralized HR functions for a family-owned group of companies operating across multiple locations, including Cebu and General Santos. This strategic role focuses on designing group-level policies, establishing consistent governance, and building scalable people systems to support the organization's growth and succession objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Group Strategy & Governance: Develop HR strategies aligned with ownership values and create specific policies for family employment and conflict-of-interest guidelines.
  • Policy & Organizational Design: Standardize employment contracts and handbooks across subsidiaries while leading role architecture, grading, and career path designs.
  • Workforce & Succession Planning: Conduct headcount budgeting and design succession plans for both key professional and family-specific roles.
  • Talent & Compensation Management: Implement performance management frameworks and develop group-wide compensation philosophies, including incentive schemes and benefit programs.
  • Operations Oversight: Oversee payroll delivery, ensure 100% statutory compliance (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and lead the implementation of a group-wide HRIS for multi-entity reporting.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary HR partner to the owner-family and senior executives while mentoring HR staff at the subsidiary level.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Field Experience: At least 10 years in the Human Resources field.
  • Leadership Experience: At least 5+++ years in a managerial position.
  • Industry Background: Experience in family corporations and holdings across diverse industries like food, manufacturing, agriculture, and real estate.
