Sales Representative – Main Office, Manila
Chain Glass Enterprises Incorporated is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at the Main Office in Manila.
This full-time position combines fieldwork and office-based responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to actively visit clients, build strong relationships, and also collaborate with the internal team to drive sales strategies. As part of a trusted leader in the glass industry, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and supporting the company’s continued growth.
What You’ll Be Doing- Visit customers on-site to present products, understand requirements, and provide tailored solutions
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through fieldwork, networking, and referrals
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements to ensure customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients
- Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in building rapport and negotiating effectively
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
- Proficiency in sales tools and software applications
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering excellent customer service
- Willingness to travel and spend time in the field meeting customers
