We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Technical and Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. This role combines technical expertise with sales and customer relationship management. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our technical products and solutions, providing expert advice to clients, and ensuring commercial growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company’s technical products and solutions to new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend the most suitable technical and commercial solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for customers.
- Provide after-sales technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into successful sales.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate terms of sales contracts.
- Collaborate with engineering/technical teams to ensure proper solution design and implementation.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, commercial sales, or business development.
- Strong technical knowledge of the products/solutions offered by the company (training will be provided if needed).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
