HR Generalist (C&B & HR Operations)

Compensation & Benefits
  • Support and coordinate the annual salary review cycle, including market benchmarking, compa-ratio analysis, budget tracking, and consolidation of recommendations.
  • Support C&B analytics, providing insights on salary positioning, internal equity, and cost optimization.
  • Prepare and review compensation-related documentation (promotion, regularization, salary adjustments) with strong governance and control.
  • Oversee payroll validation processes, including audit of timekeeping, overtime, and incentive payouts to ensure accuracy and compliance prior to submission.
  • Support end-to-end benefits administration (HMO, life insurance, allowances), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and vendor coordination.
HR Operations
  • Oversee and ensure smooth execution of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to offboarding), ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience.
  • Manage offboarding processes, including exit clearance, final pay coordination, and documentation tracking.
  • Maintain strong governance of HRIS data integrity, including regular audits and data accuracy checks.
  • Drive process standardization and SOP documentation to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Track and manage HR service delivery (SLA-driven), ensuring timely closure of requests and operational tasks.
  • Support and lead HR system implementations, enhancements, and process improvements.
Learning & Development Support
  • Coordinate and support implementation of training programs (onboarding, functional training, compliance).
  • Track training participation, completion, and effectiveness, providing reports and insights.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify development needs and support capability-building initiatives.
Reporting, Analytics & Other HR Projects
  • Support generating and analyzing HR metrics and reports (headcount, attrition, attendance, productivity).
  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making for HR and business leaders.
  • Support HR projects and regional initiatives, including system rollouts and policy enhancements.
  • Perform ad hoc assignments to support business and HR priorities.
