Sr. HR Generalist

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the selection of high-caliber candidates.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Provide guidance to employees and management on HR-related matters, including performance management.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving workplace conflicts effectively.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Support compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

A successful Sr. HR Generalist should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A solid understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Experience in the Technology & Telecoms industry is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple HR functions and prioritize tasks effectively.
