Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the selection of high-caliber candidates.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Facilitate employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Provide guidance to employees and management on HR-related matters, including performance management.
- Handle employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving workplace conflicts effectively.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Support compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

A successful Sr. HR Generalist should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A solid understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Experience in the Technology & Telecoms industry is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple HR functions and prioritize tasks effectively.
