PC Express is seeking an experienced and versatile HR Generalist to join our dynamic Human Resources team in San Juan City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in supporting our organization's growth and success.
As an HR Generalist, you will be the backbone of our HR operations, delivering comprehensive human resources services across several HR facets. Your work will span the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through performance management, and employee relations.

Key responsibilities
  1. Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding of new employees across various departments
  2. Managing employee relations matters, including handling employee queries, grievances and performance-related discussions with sensitivity and professionalism
  3. Assisting with performance management processes, including supporting managers with appraisals and performance reviews
  4. Contributing to the development of company culture initiatives and employee engagement programmes that foster a positive workplace environment
  5. Providing HR support and guidance to managers and employees on various HR-related matters
What we're looking for
  1. A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
  2. A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in an HR generalist or HR coordinator role, preferably within a retail company
  3. Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance reviews, including sourcing, candidate screening, employee engagement, etc
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all organizational levels
  6. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  7. A commitment to confidentiality and professional discretion when handling sensitive employee information
  8. Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide solutions to HR challenges
